I'm Mariusz, an engineer by background, and a go-to-market strategist, entrepreneur, and marketer at heart. I spent over six years building things as an engineer, working across Europe and Australia before deciding it was time for something different.

That decision took me to Spain, where I joined Binance, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges. I led growth for the Polish and broader European region, building audiences, testing what actually moves the needle, and learning firsthand what it takes to grow a business in a fast-moving, high-scrutiny industry.

Now I've come back to my engineering roots, but with everything growth taught me built in. I help businesses adopt AI in ways that actually change how they operate, not just add a chatbot for the sake of it. I also founded SpeakUpgrade, a communication tool that helps people prepare for keynote speeches and upcoming presentations.
